Maher Morcos
Born in Egypt to an Egyptian mother and an Italian father, Morcos received Bachelors' degrees in Architecture and Fine Art from Cairo University, Egypt. The subjects of Morcos' compositions range from the flawless beauty of the female form to weather-beaten western faces. Elegance and extravagance mixed with Old World sophistication are readily apparent in an extensive body of work that hangs in prestigious corporate and private collections throughout the word. Morcos' appreciation of the arts extends into the world of music: he is an accomplished saxophone musician, and paints while listening to classical and contemporary jazz. His love of learning leads him to explore new cultures through extensive travel.Collections:
